Welcome to the 2009 WA BioDynamic Festival – for the REAL taste.

Sunday 22 November 10am – 4pm.

Set on picturesque High Vale Orchard just a half hours drive from Perth, the WA BioDynamic Festival offers a rare opportunity to meet the crème de la crème of growers and producers in the state and sample their delicious wares, in a gorgeous working-farm environment.

These are the producers that strive for the highest quality and integrity in their production through BioDynamic means: the only truly sustainable agricultural system.

The rolling hills of Pickering Brook will play host to a rich diversity of produce from citrus to Yallingup Woodfired bread to olives to award winning Herriot Wines.

The festival is delighted to welcome celebrity chef Nico Moretti of Urban Provider fame, who will demonstrate his fine cooking skills in cooking up delicious biodynamic morsels..

Meanwhile, Farmer John - 3rd generation orchardist at High Vale will take you on guided tours on the hour and pause to teach you 'the ideal way to prune your fruit trees'.

This is a chance to resume the relationship with your food – REAL food; where it comes from, how it tastes and how our food choices affect the rest of the world – communities, animals, plants and the environment, all in a dazzling festival atmosphere.

You'll love the country hospitality offered at the festival and have the unique opportunity to experience an idyllic working farm. Plus there's a bouncy castle, story-tellingand face painting for the kids. There's something for everyone!
